Product Description
The Schepens Industrial Bakery Dough Sheeter is designed for optimal performance in bakeries, processing up to 20 kg of dough. Equipped with two rollers of 170x600 mm, it is powered by a 5.5 HP (4.12 KW) motor with three-phase current (220/380V, 50 or 60 Hz). Its gear and chain transmission system ensures durability, while roller adjustment via lever and rack allows precise control, achieving a minimum lamination thickness of 1 mm. Features stainless steel tables, guaranteeing hygiene and easy cleaning. For operator safety, it includes an emergency stop system.
