Specifically designed for the production of baguettes and elongated breads, these trays are available in four standard sizes (70x90cm, 60x80cm, 45x70cm and 40x60cm) with different wave configurations. They offer normal and longitudinal waves, allowing adaptation to different production needs and types of bread.
