Industrial tunnel oven with integrated cooler designed for continuous and high volume productions. Equipped with radiation and convection cooking system, with adjustable temperature from 0 to 350°C. Available with different heating systems: cyclothermic, convection or direct fire. Operates with natural gas or LPG. Includes optional tray transport system with open or closed mesh, adjustable belt speed via electronic variator, and mineral wool insulation for maximum energy efficiency. The cooking surface is custom-made according to customer needs.
