The Rotary Oven MF 70/12 is a compact professional oven designed for medium volume productions. With 12 trays of 70x45 cm and a production of 55 kg per hour, it offers efficiency and uniformity in baking. Manufactured with 430 stainless steel on front, interior and exterior, it guarantees durability and hygiene. Equipped with uniform baking system through regulation of hot air outlet screens on both sides, balanced relationship between speed and air flow to minimize dehydration of cooked product. Available in consumption options: natural gas, LPG and electricity. Includes digital and electromechanical control panel, steam injection system by pulverization, 4 motors with protection, automatic burner, thermal power of 50,000 kcal/h and stainless steel ramp for cart access with hanger movement.
