Produktbeschreibung
Der Rotationsofen Twin Rack ist ein professioneller Ofen mit hoher Kapazität, der für Produktionen mit großem Volumen entwickelt wurde. Mit Kapazität für 2 Wagen mit je 15 Backblechen (90×70 cm) und einer Produktion von 260 kg pro Stunde bietet er maximale Effizienz und Einheitlichkeit beim Backen. Hergestellt aus Edelstahl 430 an Front, Innen- und Außenbereichen, garantiert er Langlebigkeit und Hygiene. Ausgestattet mit Isolierung aus Mineralwolle hoher Dichte, Wärmetauscher aus drei Stufen vollständig aus Edelstahl und Dampfsystem mit hoher Leistung in Kaskade für gleichmäßige Dampfverteilung. Erhältlich mit verschiedenen Verbrauchsoptionen: Erdgas, Flüssiggas, Heizöl, Strom, mit Pelletbrenner oder Hybrid. Enthält Digital- und Elektromechanik-Bedienfeld, automatische Dampferzeugung, 6 Motoren, Wärmeleistung von 100.000 kcal/h und Edelstahl-Rampe mit leichter Neigung für Wagenzugang.
